Introduction to Braze Fitting

Braze Fitting is different from the welding of general steel structures and heavy-duty and dynamic-loaded parts. It is mainly used to manufacture precision instruments, electrical parts, dissimilar metal components, and complex thin plate structures, such as sandwich components, honeycomb structures, etc. It is also commonly used for brazing various types of abnormal wires and carbide tools. During brazing, after cleaning the contact surface of the workpiece to be brazed, it is assembled in the form of overlap, and the brazing material is placed near the joint gap or directly into the joint gap.
